At the complaint, the customer contacts Quest STEM and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be damaged or defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or design. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Software programs are supplied on the strict understanding that Quest STEM does not warrant their function to be free from defects or error.
This obligation will not apply:
- if the defect arises because you altered or repaired the product without the written consent of Quest STEM;
- because you did not follow the manufacturers' instructions for storage, usage, installation, use or maintenance of the product;
- if you failed to notify Quest STEM of any defect when the product was delivered where the defect should have been reasonably apparent on reasonable inspection.
Quest STEM will make a one-to-one replacement of eligible returns.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
